Our Promise

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you in full at our cost. Customer satisfaction is the foundation of our business.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damaged in transit: Product or packaging arrived broken, leaking, or otherwise compromised.
  • Wrong item shipped: You received a product different from what you ordered.
  • Defective product: Manufacturing defect (e.g., seal broken on arrival, pump non-functional, gummies melted into a single mass).
  • Unopened, unused product returned within 30 days of delivery, in original packaging with the seal intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products with broken or removed manufacturer seals
  • Opened or partially consumed bottles, gummy packs, or beverages
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products purchased through a third-party reseller (return to the original seller)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email sales@4leafherbals.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos are appreciated for damaged or defective items.
  2. We will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label (for damaged, defective, or wrong-item returns) or instructions for ship-at-your-cost returns.
  3. Pack the product in its original packaging if possible. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship within 14 days of receiving the RMA. Returns received after that window may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our cost: Damaged in transit, wrong item shipped, defective product.
  • Buyer's cost: Unopened product returned for any other reason (change of mind, ordered wrong product, etc.).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of inspection. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. This avoids the back-and-forth of inventory holds.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return after delivery instead.

Chargebacks

We respond to all chargeback notifications with full transaction documentation. Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us at sales@4leafherbals.com — we can almost always resolve issues directly and faster than the chargeback process allows.
