Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday) are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after that cutoff, on weekends, or on US federal holidays will ship the next business day.
Carriers & Delivery Times
- Domestic (US): USPS Ground Advantage (3–5 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days). Tracking is provided for every order.
- International: DHL Express. Transit time varies by destination (typically 3–7 business days). Customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country.
Age Verification at Delivery
All shipments are sent as Adult Signature Required (21+) where carrier services allow. The recipient or another adult at the delivery address must present valid government-issued photo ID. Packages cannot be released to anyone under 21.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. No product name, logo, or indication of contents appears on the exterior. The return address is the corporate name only.
Shipping Restrictions — United States
Due to state law, we do not ship kratom products to the following US states:
- Alabama
- Arkansas
- Indiana
- Rhode Island
- Vermont
- Wisconsin
Additional county- or city-level restrictions may apply within otherwise-legal states (for example, Sarasota County, Florida; San Diego, Oceanside, Encinitas, and Solana Beach, California; Jerseyville, Edwardsville, and Alton, Illinois). It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that kratom is legal at their specific delivery address.
Shipping Restrictions — International
Due to national law, we do not ship kratom products to the following countries:
- Australia
- Denmark
- Finland
- Israel
- Japan
- Malaysia
- South Korea
- Sweden
If an order is attempted to a restricted location, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us at sales@4leafherbals.com within 14 days of the carrier's last tracking update. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Address Changes
Address changes can only be made before the order ships. Once a tracking number is generated, the package is in the carrier's custody and cannot be redirected.
